Terms and Conditions

1. Service Purpose

The application allows the end user to reserve, pay for, and operate (open/close) bicycle lockers using Bluetooth technology.

2. Operation and Payments

• The user must select a locker and the rental duration.
• The price will be calculated automatically according to the current rate.
• The booking will only be effective once payment has been confirmed through the integrated payment gateway.

3. Locker Use

• The user is responsible for ensuring that the locker is properly closed after each use.
• JBC MUSIC SC has insurance to cover the contingencies provided for in the policy, as long as the system has been used correctly and the user provides the supporting documentation of ownership required by the insurer.
• Storing dangerous, flammable, or illegal items is prohibited.

4. Technical Requirements and Liability

• The service requires the user's mobile device to have an internet connection and Bluetooth enabled.
• Proper operation depends on the availability of battery on the user's mobile device.
• The company is not responsible for inability to use the service due to lack of connectivity or failures in the user's device.
